Martin Pickard - Non Executive Chairman

Martin is an experienced senior energy professional with specialist knowledge of Conventional and Renewable Energy, Utilities, Environment and Energy Efficiency. He is a qualified accountant and experienced board member - having worked with large utilities (National Power), US energy merchants (el Paso) and private equity investors (Carval Value Investors and Bregal Capital) over the last 25 years. Andrew Gordon - Managing Partner

Andrew is an economist with 30 years of experience in business development. He has directed in-house teams and third party consultants in identifying, negotiating, evaluating, financing, executing and managing deals with developers and energy companies. Brian Ingham - Partner

Brian is a chartered mechanical engineer and has led the development, acquisition and operation of a wide range of projects including wind, small and large-scale hydro and biomass technologies. He has extensive experience in structuring and operating commercial arrangements around power projects to enable management of key construction and operational risks and meet investment and financing requirements. Alan Marshall - Partner

Alan is an investment and project finance professional with an energy industry background and a focus on renewable energy over the last 15 years. He has significant experience of acquisition and disposal, financing, financial management and commercial contracts. His experience spans the energy industry (Enron, International Power, RWE) and infrastructure investment (Babcock & Brown), and he has advised on community investment in wind farms and The Crown Estate in relation to offshore wind farms.
